      SAN DIEGO - January 3, 2006 - Rivet International, the leading developer of attachment systems for personal mobile devices and accessories, today announced an agreement with CompUSA, one of the nation's leading retailers and resellers of technology products and services. Under the agreement, CompUSA will be the first retail store to offer Rivet's RHYTHM Earphone Lanyard and GRAB for iPod nano products.

      The new Rivet RHYTHM Earphone Lanyard seamlessly integrates superior earphones into an adjustable neck lanyard so users can wear music players without extra cords getting in the way. The Rivet Micro Clip on the lanyard securely attaches to almost any music player and any Rivet GRAB for iPod.

      Rivet's Music Wear line also includes the RHYTHM Earphone Lanyard with GRAB for iPod nano, specifically designed to secure and protect the nano. Consumers can wear their iPod nano around their neck and listen to music, tangle-free. Users can also clip the music player to a belt, shirt, pocket or bag. The Rivet GRAB for iPod nano is made of durable polycarbonate and provides complete protection with full access to controls and ports.

                     "CompUSA will also carry Rivet's line of Mobile Wear products including the TREK, SHIFT and KINGPIN. The TREK allows users to hook a mobile phone to a belt loop or bag and simply transfer it to a car dashboard. The product keeps the phone securely in place, while giving consumers easy access to remove the phone to place or receive a call. The SHIFT product allows users to attach a mobile phone to a belt and easily transfer it to a car dashboard. The KINGPIN, via a chain, allows consumers to drop their phone in their pocket while it's securely attached to their belt loop or attach it to their purse and find their phone in a hurry at the end of the chain.
