Rivet works hard to ensure that its manufacturing methods and quality
control measures result in products that are dependable and provide
lasting satisfaction.
Our Simple Product Replacement Procedure
Rivet provides a 90 Day limited warranty for its products against defects
in material or workmanship. Any defective product will be either repaired
or replaced with like product, at Rivet's option, without charge for parts
or labor directly related to the defect. This warranty does not apply to
damage resulting from normal wear and tear, alteration, misuse or accident.
In no event shall Rivet be liable for damage of any kind in excess of the
purchase price. Furthermore, this warranty does not cover any consequential
damage to a person or property other than the product purchased.
If you experience a defective Rivet product, please send us an email to
customerservice@rivetnow.com.
The Rivet product purchase must be legitimated by an order number and/or an invoice.
Reseller Purchases:
If you purchased the item(s) from an authorized reseller and the product is defective,
please return the product to the reseller for an exchange or refund.
If you are unable to obtain an exchange, you may contact our customer service team
for instructions on filing a warranty claim.
IMPORTANT:
The Rivet warranty does not apply to items purchased from eBay or similar auction
style merchants, or from merchants that are not authorized resellers or distributors
of Rivet products. For purchases made on Amazon.com, please provide a detailed invoice
showing the product was purchased in new condition as the Rivet warranty does not apply
to items purchased in used condition.
